Stichting Kunsthal Rotterdam is a Dutch public benefit organisation (ANBI) with cultural status. Donations to Kunsthal Rotterdam may therefore be tax-deductible, subject to certain conditions. For recurring donations, there is no minimum threshold for tax deductibility. Stichting Kunsthal Rotterdam Fonds also has cultural ANBI status.

As cultural ANBIs, donations to Kunsthal Rotterdam and the Kunsthal Fund may also qualify for an additional tax benefit: 25% of the donation is eligible for an additional deduction, up to a maximum of €1,250. This applies to both one-off and recurring donations.
